NOFØDRA classes is now outdoors if weather permits.
This is due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
Since the 10th of November 2020 until May 27th, 2021, NOFØDRA has provided 116 online classes via Zoom, and 14 Kung Fu Kids, 25 Taiji Quan, 25 Qi Gong and 52 Kung Fu videos were recorded. People from Norway, France, Spain and Sweden have been regularly following us and we even had the pleasure to welcome new students.
