Yangsheng Taijishan is the 1st fan choreography created by Zhang Guangde, founder of our Qi Gong style, Daoyin Yangsheng Gong. It is one of the long series of Daoyin Yangsheng Gong, directly inspired by Taiji Quan. The fan is one of the many “weapons” used in Qi Gong and allows a better focus of the mind. Very aesthetic, it requires flexibility, finesse and agility.
This seminar is accessible to everybody and to all levels.
