It is now the summer break at NOFØDRA. Our classes will resume on the 22nd of August. More information regarding the different places will be posted later. Note that we will also open a children class after the summer break. Again, more information will follow.
Usually, people who want to train during the summer break meet in Frognerparken on Thursdays, form 18:00. We train on the left side of the monolith, when you come from the main entrance. To get there from the main entrance, you have to cross the bridge with all the statues, and then take a 45 degrees left-turn. You continue until you will find us on your right hand side. On the center of the place there are two statues kissing each other above a (sort of a) well and benches around. It’s close to a kindergarden.
